METODOLOGY

Each of our five real estate offices is structured around a Coordinator, who also handles the administrative tasks of the office, and 2 to 3 sales advisors assigned to that location.
Our advisors are specialists in the area of influence corresponding to their office, and the majority of their property portfolio is concentrated in that specific zone.

Real Estate Advisors at Activa Norte

The sales advisors at Activa Norte are specialists in the area surrounding the office to which they are assigned. Most of their property listings are located within that specific zone.

Each advisor is responsible for the entire property sales process — from acquisition to post-signing support at the notary’s office.

Functions

Property Acquisition.

Visit management

Negotiation

Closing and including the signing of all relevant documents.

Coordination with banks and the notary.

Accompaniment to the signing at the notary’s office.

Utility transfers and submission of capital gains tax documentation.

Due to their close relationship with clients, our sales advisors handle all types of arrangements on their behalf.

Activa Norte coordination

The coordinators are responsible for direct customer service at the office and for handling all administrative procedures.

We have a MAIN coordinator who is also responsible for managing all inquiries received through real estate portals.

She is responsible for assigning those inquiries to the appropriate advisor. Additionally, she standardizes procedures to ensure all offices operate in the same way.

Functions

They coordinate all activities carried out by the real estate agents:

Initial point of contact for handling phone calls and in-office visits.

Uploading new property listings to the CRM. Collecting all relevant information and documentation related to the property, and managing its records to create the property’s identification file.

Drafting contracts, booking transactions, preparing offers, and any other documents requested by the sales advisors.

All other administrative tasks and support duties for the sales advisors.
